1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
2. Item Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product has not been worn or used
- The item is returned in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and included accessories are present
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Free Returns
Gobandzus provides free returns for eligible orders. If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
The return shipping cost is fully covered by our store. Customers will not be charged any return shipping fees, and the return label cost will not be deducted from your refund.
We also do not charge restocking or handling fees.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or included accessories
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair
5. How to Request a Return
Step 1 – Contact Support
Email contact@gobandzus.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2 – Return Authorization
If the return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return label, typically within 1 business day.
Step 3 – Prepare the Package
Repack the item securely using the original packaging along with all accessories and tags.
Step 4 – Ship the Return
Drop off the package with the carrier indicated on the prepaid return label.
Please wait for return instructions before sending the item back to ensure the package is processed correctly.
6. Refund Process
Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 1 business day after they arrive at our return address.
Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are issued within 2 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds are sent to the original payment method used for the order (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Gift purchases may be refunded as store credit.
Depending on your payment provider, the refunded amount may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
Original shipping fees may also be refunded if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
7. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or compatible model within the same 30-day return window, provided the item meets the return condition requirements.
If the requested replacement item is out of stock, customers may choose another product of equal value or upgrade to a product with a higher price by paying the difference.
Once the returned item passes inspection, the replacement order will be processed and shipped.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
