Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments through PayPal. During checkout you can pay using your PayPal balance or with a credit or debit card such as Visa, MasterCard, or American Express through PayPal’s secure payment system. A PayPal account is not required to complete a card payment.

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are using an international card, your bank may apply currency conversion fees based on their policies.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours after they are placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address, item selection, or cancel your order.

If the order has already entered the fulfillment or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) on business days typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time may begin processing on the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

United States:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days

International Orders:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 10–15 business days

Total delivery time is the combination of processing and transit time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes. If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The return shipping cost is covered by our store and will not be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Returned items are inspected within 1 business day after arrival. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 2 business days and may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges for a different size, color, or compatible model are available within the 30-day return window.

If the replacement product is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value or upgrade to a higher-priced item by paying the difference.

Are your watch bands compatible with my smartwatch?

Most product pages include compatibility and sizing information to help you select the correct band for your smartwatch. If you are unsure which band fits your device, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Will the color match exactly the photos?

We try to display product images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings or lighting conditions.
