1. Overview

Gobandzus understands that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. This policy explains how cancellation and modification requests are handled for orders placed through our online store.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 4 hours of placing the order.

If the cancellation request is submitted within this time window and the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping stage, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

After 24 hours, orders may already be prepared for shipment. In this situation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Order Modifications

If you need to update your order details — such as changing the item, size, color, or shipping address — please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests submitted within this timeframe are usually processed without additional charges.

Modification requests made after 24 hours may not be possible if the order has already entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To request a cancellation or order update, please contact our support team and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name used for the purchase
  • The request (cancel the order, update address, or change item)

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds are typically initiated within 2 business days after the cancellation confirmation.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Orders Already Shipped

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In this case, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy to request a return after receiving the item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will assist you with a replacement or full refund according to our return policy.
